What is an e-bike? 

An e-bike, or electric bike, is a bicycle equipped with an electric motor to assist with pedaling.  How does an e-bike work? eBikes use a battery-powered motor to assist with pedaling, making it easier to ride up hills and over long distances. 

Who can rent an e-bike?

Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid ID can rent an e-bike. Minors may require a guardian's consent. 

Rental Process How do I rent an e-bike?

You can rent an e-bike online through our website. 

What documents do I need to rent an e-bike?

A valid ID and a credit card are required for all rentals.  

Can I reserve an e-bike in advance? 

Yes, reservations can be made online. 

How long can I rent an e-bike for? 

Rental durations vary from hourly to daily, weekly, or even monthly.  What are the rental rates? Rates vary based on the rental duration. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed information. 

Do I need to wear a helmet? 

Yes, helmets are required for your safety and are provided with each rental. 

Are there any restrictions on where I can ride the e-bike?

E-bikes can be ridden on most bike paths and roads. However, some areas may have restrictions, so please check local regulations.  

How fast can the e-bikes go? 

Our e-bikes have a top speed of 20 mph.

How far can I ride on a single charge? 

The range depends on the model, terrain, and level of pedal assist used. Our e-bikes can travel 45 miles on a single charge. 

What should I do if the e-bike runs out of battery?

You can pedal the bike like a regular bicycle until you reach a charging station or your destination. 

Payment and Fees What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options.  

Are there any additional fees? 

Late return fees, damage fees, and optional insurance fees may apply.  Is there a security deposit? Some rentals may require a refundable security deposit.  

Can I cancel my reservation? 

Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.  

What if the e-bike breaks down? 

Contact our support team immediately. We provide roadside assistance and will either repair or replace the bike.  

How do I charge the eBike? 

e-Bikes come with a charger that can be plugged into any standard outlet. Charging instructions will be provided.  

What should I do in case of an accident? 

Ensure your safety first and then contact emergency services if necessary. Report the accident to our support team as soon as possible. 

Can I rent an e-bike for a group or event? 

Yes, we offer group rentals and event packages. Please contact our team for more details.  

Do you offer guided tours? 

no, we do not have guided tour options available at this time.

Can I buy an eBike from your rental fleet? 

Occasionally, we sell e-bikes from our fleet. Contact us for availability and pricing.

What if I lose the key or lock provided with the e-bike? 

There is a fee for lost keys or locks. Please contact our support team for assistance.  

Are pets allowed on e-bikes? 

For safety reasons, we do not recommend riding with pets on e-bikes.
